This project is an in-plant expansion project with a construction area of approximately 8,583.9 ㎡, focusing on the capacity improvement of lasers and their components, power supplies and electronic systems. Upon completion, the project will further strengthen TRUMPF's industrial chain layout of laser equipment in China, and enhance the supply capacity of high-end lasers and supporting electronic systems.

Project Description：
The facility covers a total construction area of approximately 15,000 square meters, including a 9,200-square-meter Class 10,000 cleanroom. By focusing on advanced packaging technologies, the project upgrades CSP processes and introduces flip-chip bonding techniques to overcome bottlenecks in wide bandgap semiconductor packaging, achieving micron-level precision. Integrated with smart equipment and digital systems, production efficiency has been significantly enhanced.

The total construction area is about 18,000 square meters, including 5,000 square meters of 100,000-grade clean room. The renovated plant is mainly used for reagent production base, in vitro diagnostic equipment production base, cold chain logistics center, etc., which has significantly improved the research and development efficiency, production stability and supply chain management level.
