Suzhou Enerco Technology Co.,Ltd. founded in November 2020, is a subsidiary of ELCO Group specializing in high-tech research and development. Product Description: The DRC Series Two-Position VAV Damper adopts an innovative design with two-position valve discs and two-position actuators. It features high-precision air volume adjustment and rapid actuator response, enabling linear adjustment in both high and low air volume ranges to meet the requirements of fast adjustment of air systems under multiple working conditions. Meanwhile, the damper is equipped with an intelligent air volume calculation module, which can calculate and feed back the air volume in real time.

Product Description: The RC Series VAV Damper is equipped with a high-speed actuator, with an action completion time of less than 5 seconds. It has a built-in intelligent air volume calculation module, which can calculate and feed back the air volume in real time. In addition, the damper boasts high air volume control accuracy, which can meet the adjustment requirements of air systems under multiple working conditions.

Product Description: The LC Series VAV Damper integrates an intelligent air volume calculation module, an automatic air volume adjustment module and a single-room differential pressure control module. It supports automatic opening adjustment according to the set air volume value and the set room differential pressure value, realizing precise and automatic control of supply air volume and room differential pressure without relying on an external centralized control system.

Variable Air Volume (VAV) Damper Circular Series

Product Description: This circular VAV damper is capable of precise air volume display (accuracy ±5%) and rapid adjustment (action response time <2.5s). Its built-in controller is integrated with an innovative neural network air volume model and adjustment algorithm. It is suitable for air volume control of laboratory fume hoods, as well as automatic and rapid adjustment of air volume and differential pressure in laboratory rooms.

Constant Air Volume (CAV) Damper Circular Series

Product Description: The CAV Series Constant Air Volume Damper is a pressure-independent valve specially designed for clean air conditioning systems, other air conditioning systems, and HVAC air supply and exhaust systems. It is made of galvanized steel sheet and stainless steel, and maintains a constant air volume through the interaction between the spring leaf and the air bag.

The digital twin modeling is carried out for the clean air system. In the modeling process, the actual equipment on site is matched with the model in the platform database to digitally restore the wind system, and the optimization calculation is carried out based on the high-precision model to realize the energy saving and optimal control of the system.

Automatically controls chiller and pump staging/frequency based on facility load, enabling intelligent energy-saving operation.
Implementation effect:
Achieved stable switching between operational modes (working/standby). Maintained room pressure gradients during mode switches. Ensured safe/stable operation with room pressure control accuracy of ±1.5Pa. System energy saving rate: 40%.

AI algorithm analyzes real-time data (chillers, pumps, towers) to monitor/assess plant operation, diagnose issues, and optimize strategies. Multiple operation modes enable one-click switching based on load demand. System energy saving rate: 35%.

Construction content:

Implementation effect:
Achieved plant annual energy efficiency ratio (EER) of 5.5 in 2020 (Total cooling: ~13.82 million kWh; Plant power consumption: ~2.53 million kWh).
