Implemented a high-efficiency chiller plant control system for the central plant (3 chiller systems, total 2 variable-speed centrifugal chillers & 8 variable-speed screw chillers). Automatically controls chiller and pump staging/frequency based on facility load, enabling intelligent energy-saving operation.
Implementation effect：
Achieved stable switching between operational modes (working/standby). Maintained room pressure gradients during mode switches. Ensured safe/stable operation with room pressure control accuracy of ±1.5Pa. System energy saving rate: 40%.
